小组不是一个额外的活动——它是你属灵成长最重要的环境之一。在小组里，你可以：1）真实地分享——不需要假装很属灵。分享你的挣扎、困惑和软弱，这才是真正的团契。2）彼此学习——听别人的经历和见解，你会发现上帝在不同人生命中不同的作为。3）互相代祷——当你知道有人在为你祷告，那种感觉是很不一样的。4）互相问责——帮助彼此在信仰上保持忠心。5）一起服事——小组可以一起做一些服事项目。怎么在小组中做一个好成员？准时到、积极参与讨论、保守别人的隐私、主动关心组员、愿意承担一些责任。小组不完美——里面都是罪人。但就是在这种不完美中，你学会了爱和被爱。

Small group isn't just another activity — it's one of the most important environments for your spiritual growth. In a small group, you can: 1) Share authentically — no need to pretend you're super spiritual. Share your struggles, confusion, and weakness. That's real fellowship. 2) Learn from each other — hearing others' experiences and insights shows you how God works differently in each person's life. 3) Pray for each other — knowing someone is praying for you makes a real difference. 4) Hold each other accountable — help one another stay faithful. 5) Serve together — take on a service project as a group. How to be a good group member? Show up on time, participate actively in discussion, keep others' sharing confidential, care for group members proactively, and be willing to take on some responsibility. Small groups aren't perfect — they're full of sinners. But it's in that imperfection that you learn to love and be loved.
