如何面对诱惑？

诱惑不是罪——连耶稣都被试探过（马太福音4章）！关键是你怎么回应。诱惑可能来自很多方面：不合适的视频、谎言、作弊、八卦、愤怒等。这里有一些实战技巧：1）认识你的弱点——你最容易在什么时候被诱惑？（无聊？独处？生气？）提前做好防备。2）远离试探——'逃避'不是软弱，是智慧。约瑟面对波提乏的妻子时就是跑掉的（创世记39章）。3）用圣经对抗——耶稣受试探时用经文回应。记住一些关键经文，在诱惑来的时候默念。4）找人帮忙——告诉一个信任的人你的挣扎，让他们为你祷告和问责。5）依靠上帝——'你们所遇见的试探，无非是人所能受的。上帝是信实的，必不叫你们受试探过于所能受的'（哥林多前书10:13）。跌倒了不可怕，可怕的是躺着不起来。

Temptation isn't sin — even Jesus was tempted (Matthew 4)! What matters is how you respond. Temptation comes in many forms: inappropriate content, lying, cheating, gossip, anger, etc. Here are some battle tactics: 1) Know your weakness — when are you most vulnerable? (Bored? Alone? Angry?) Prepare in advance. 2) Flee from temptation — 'running away' isn't weakness, it's wisdom. Joseph literally ran from Potiphar's wife (Genesis 39). 3) Fight with Scripture — Jesus responded to temptation with God's Word. Memorize key verses and recite them when temptation hits. 4) Get help — tell a trusted person about your struggle so they can pray for and hold you accountable. 5) Rely on God — 'No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear' (1 Corinthians 10:13). Falling isn't the disaster — staying down is.
