今天各种哲学家、政治家、宗教家都在讲「真理」。但真正的真理必须满足两个条件：第一，它是真实的，经得起时间考验，没有虚假；第二，它永不改变，能给人正确的方向。
回顾历史，多少曾经流行的理论——共产主义乌托邦、存在主义、后现代相对主义——都经不起时间考验。它们的创始人自己也活在虚空和死亡的阴影中，怎么能带给别人真正的盼望？
耶稣的宣告截然不同。祂说：「我就是道路、真理、生命；若不借着我，没有人能到父那里去。」（约14:6）祂不是说「我发现了真理」或「我教导真理」——祂说「我就是真理」。这是一个惊天动地的宣称。
而两千年来，无数人亲身经历了这个宣称是可靠的：生命被改变、方向被确立、内心被满足。历史上没有任何一套哲学能做到这一点。约翰福音1:17说：「恩典和真理都是由耶稣基督来的。」
Today various philosophers, politicians, and religious figures all proclaim 'truth.' But genuine truth must meet two conditions: first, it's real and withstands the test of time without falsehood; second, it never changes and provides the right direction.
Look at history: how many once-popular theories — communist utopia, existentialism, postmodern relativism — have failed the test of time? Their founders lived under the shadow of emptiness and death themselves. How could they offer others genuine hope?
Jesus's declaration was radically different. He said: 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me' (John 14:6). He didn't say 'I discovered truth' or 'I teach truth' — He said 'I am truth.' That's an earth-shattering claim.
And for two thousand years, countless people have personally experienced this claim as reliable: lives transformed, direction established, hearts satisfied. No philosophical system in history has achieved this. John 1:17 says: 'Grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.'
