圣经说：「按着定命，人人都有一死，死后且有审判。」（来9:27）死亡不是结束，而是进入永恒的大门。对于信靠基督的人，死后灵魂立刻与主同在乐园中（路23:43）；对于拒绝福音的人，灵魂则等候最终的审判。
轮回说也不合逻辑：如果作恶的人投胎为动物，那按历史来看，动物应该越来越多、人口越来越少才对——但事实恰恰相反。基督教的盼望不是无尽的轮回循环，而是确定的终局：基督再来时，死人要复活，信徒得到荣耀的新身体，在新天新地中永远与神同在。

The Christian hope isn't an endless cycle but a definitive conclusion: when Christ returns, the dead will rise, believers will receive glorified bodies, and dwell forever with God in the new creation.
