辨别邪教有几个关键标准：（1）权威扭曲：宣称只有他们的领袖或组织能正确解释圣经，个人不能自己读经理解；（2）排他性控制：将成员与家人、朋友和外界隔离，制造对组织的完全依赖；（3）教义偏离：在核心教义上偏离历史正统基督教——通常涉及基督的神性、三位一体、因信称义等根本真理；（4）无法质疑：不允许质疑领袖或教义，将批评等同于属灵叛逆；（5）独特启示：声称在圣经之外拥有新的启示或额外的经文。真正的基督教欢迎诚实的质疑，唯独以圣经为最高权威，强调基督是唯一的中保。

Key criteria for identifying cults: (1) Authority distortion: claiming only their leader or organization can correctly interpret Scripture, individuals cannot understand on their own; (2) Exclusive control: isolating members from family, friends, and the outside world, creating total dependence on the organization; (3) Doctrinal deviation: departing from historic orthodox Christianity on core doctrines — typically Christ's deity, the Trinity, justification by faith; (4) Unquestionable leadership: prohibiting questioning of leaders or doctrine, equating criticism with spiritual rebellion; (5) Extra-biblical revelation: claiming new revelations or additional scriptures beyond the Bible. True Christianity welcomes honest questioning, holds Scripture alone as the highest authority, and affirms Christ as the sole Mediator.
